Ramp-up of resources
in Finland and India

With a lot of increase in customer demand for Linux related services we will start recruiting Linux engineers. For the first phase the focus will be on recruiting in Finland and India.

Right now there is a variety of Linux related demand from our customers in areas such as Android, LiMo and Maemo. The new cases in the Linux field typically require different skills depending on the type of opportunity, whether it concerns base porting, application development, operator branded services or user interface innovation. This means we now need to recruit to fill the resource gap in the Linux field.

Finland

In Finland we are looking for senior engineers that can work as our Finland front-end in Linux projects, mainly in Maemo. Recruitment will be focused on software development skills and is expected to be ongoing until the end of this year.

India

For India recruitment will aim to cover demand in the area of Linux that include Maemo, Qt, Android, TAT and open source components GTK, Gstreamer and WRT, as well as in the area of multimedia. Recruitment is expected to be finalized later this year.
