Michelle Keeley

Michelle Keeley is a business oriented HR professional with a wide experience in generalist Human Resources Management specializing in high tech service  oriented businesses.  During 20 years of HR work, Michelle has partnered closely with the business to build sustainable change and value to clients.  Working closely with teams of HR professionals Michelle has strived to improve the employment experience for employees and managers alike.

Born in 1963 in Cambridge, England, Michelle graduated from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK in 1991.

Since then Michelle Keeley has held various HR Management positions in management and technology consulting organizations, of which 7 years experience was leading HR for The Generics Group, a business and technology consulting company based in Cambridge, UK.  Michelle then spent time as a leadership development consultant for Interactives Ltd, a UK based management consulting organization focusing on leadership and management Development.  Subsequent to this, Michelle spent 7 years working for PA Consulting Group leading HR for the Global Technology business and also 2 years in Boston, MA supporting the integration of a new acquisition in the US.  

Michelle Keeley joined Teleca in 2005 and during 2011 has been promoted to VP Global HR, following successful management of Teleca’s UK office, European HR Director and Global Project Manager for the development, roll out and process re-engineering of Teleca’s HR database.
