Matthias Lück

Vice President Head of Sales & Head of Delivery Germany

Matthias Lück has more than 20 years experience in R&D of which more than 10 years in the mobile industry. Before entering the mobile industry, he spent his career as an entrepreneur conducting R&D work for different businesses.

Born in 1967, Matthias graduated from the Technical University of Dortmund in 1993, where he also earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in 1999.

Matthias joined Nokia in 1999, where he held various management positions in the devices R&D organization, most recently as Product Program Manager.

Matthias joined Teleca in 2005, ramping up the delivery sites in Bochum, Germany and Lodz, Poland. From 2008 to 2010, he has been heading the entire European delivery organization. In late 2010 he has been taking up his current position.
